The controller of the data collected through this site is Mercè Delgado, with tax identification number (NIF) 46680774L, based in Barcelona, Spain. For anything related to your data you can write to merce@mercedelgado.com.

The data you choose to give when you write to the contact email or through the LinkedIn profile: your name, email address, company and the content of your message. The site does not ask you to register or to create an account.

To answer your enquiry, assess whether there is a possible collaboration and reply through the same channel. The data is not used for commercial mailings or newsletters, and no automated decisions are taken with it.

The consent you give when you contact us (article 6.1.a GDPR) and the legitimate interest in handling professional enquiries (article 6.1.f GDPR).

For as long as the professional interest or the relationship lasts, and afterwards for the limitation periods set by law.

Data is not shared with third parties except where legally required. Technology providers acting as data processors are used, for instance for hosting the site, for email and, if analytics is enabled, for measuring visits. Some of these providers may be located outside the European Economic Area; in that case the transfer is covered by the standard contractual clauses of the European Commission.

You can exercise the rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to merce@mercedelgado.com and stating which right you are exercising. You can also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

This site does not use tracking cookies or third party cookies. It only keeps in your browser the language you choose, so that the site opens in that language on your next visit.
